Refund requests received by March 1st (Spring season) and September 1st (Fall season) will receive 100% of fees paid. Refund requests received before the first scheduled game will receive 50% of fees paid.
In the event of a forced league shutdown, registrations will be carried over to the next season. If a player cannot return the next season, an account credit will be issued for 75% of fees paid. Refund requests will receive a check for 50% of fees paid. Full refunds will not be given.
All refund questions and requests must be made in writing. These requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The following information will be required to process any refund requests.
Any incomplete requests will result in a delayed refund. The VBLL Treasurer will issue a full refund as instructed by the Player Agent. All refunds will be paid by check and mailed regardless of how payment was made.
